We would like to invite you to join the RCS Webinar on Conducting AGMs. NTU Associate Professor Victor Yeo, will give a presentation on the Order on alternative meeting arrangements and RCS’ Guidelines to Co-ops. This session will be useful to co-ops who are interested to hold virtual AGMs by 30 Sep 2020. 

Pre-registration for this session is required.


The Webinar will be conducted on “Webex Events”. Please click here to register for the Webinar by 26 May 2020. Each co-op may register for up to 3 officers.

To keep the Webinar on schedule, attendees will not able to interact with the speakers during the session. However, the Registry will consider the questions that were emailed to them before the Webinar and address the questions that affect the majority of the co-ops during the Webinar.

How do I get to Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM)?

ACM is located along Singapore River and is easily accessible by public transport (both MRT and buses). If you intend to drive to the event, you may wish to park at the basement car park of the New Parliament House, at Six Battery Road and at One Fullerton across from the Fullerton Hotel.

In view of the latest COVID-19 development, SNCF has postponed the ACLC 2020 conference to a later date. Despite incurring losses, SNCF will refund all paid registrations fees to the co-operative’s account by end April. Once the situation is clear, SNCF will then call for registration.

Given the MOH advisory and ongoing COVID-19 developments, co-operatives with financial year ending 31 December 2019 may seek the Registrar’s approval to defer their Annual General Meeting (AGM) for up to 2 months (i.e. to hold the AGM no later than 31 August 2020).
